Now? I batch-make 1-2 of these clean dressings every week and use them on everything — not just salads, but roasted veggies, grain bowls, wraps, and even as dips. These dressings are made with simple, nourishing ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, tahini, yogurt, and fresh herbs — and they’re free of refined sugar, seed oils, and anything artificial.
Here are 10 of my absolute favorites. Each one is easy to make, packed with flavor, and supportive of hormone and gut health. Let’s dive in! 🥗
🇮🇹 1. Classic Italian Dressing (Clean + Zesty)
Flavor profile: Tangy, herby, and fresh — without any canola oil or preservatives.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or shake in a mason jar.
- Store in fridge for up to 1 week. Let it sit out a few minutes before using so olive oil liquifies.


🥢 2. Sesame Ginger Dressing (Clean Asian-Inspired)
Flavor profile: Savory, slightly sweet, with deep umami notes.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil (cold-pressed, organic)
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
- Optional: 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Instructions:

Instructions:

- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.


🌱 4. Green Goddess Dressing (Clean & Creamy Vegan Version)
Perfect for: Grain bowls, roasted veggies, and leafy greens.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup filtered water (adjust for consistency)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or chives (optional)
- Optional: 1 tbsp tahini or raw cashew butter
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust to taste.
- Store in fridge 4–5 days.
🌱 5. Green Goddess Dressing (with Greek Yogurt)
Flavor profile: Creamy, tangy, and probiotic-rich.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil

- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

🧄 6. Garlic Tahini Lemon Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon filtered water (more as needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Optional: pinch of cumin or paprika
Instructions:
- Whisk until creamy.
- Thin with water as needed.
- Store in fridge up to 1 week.
🧅 7. Shallot Champagne Vinaigrette
Perfect for: Light greens, shaved fennel, or arugula.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small shallot, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, shallots, salt, and pepper.

Perfect for: Fall salads, roasted veggies, goat cheese, or walnuts.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shake vigorously until emulsified.
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.


🥭 10. Creamy Mango Lime Dressing
Perfect for: Chopped kale, slaws, grilled chicken, and quinoa bowls.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions:
Store in fridge for 3–4 days.
Blend until smooth.
