🌿 10 Clean & Nourishing Salad Dressings Your Body (and Taste Buds) Will Love

A variety of homemade salad dressings displayed in small glass bottles, ranging in colors and textures, with a soft, neutral background featuring decorative elements.

If there’s one kitchen swap that changed my health, my skin, and even my energy — it was ditching store-bought dressings loaded with seed oils and making my own instead. I never realized how many sneaky inflammatory oils were hiding in my fridge until I turned the bottle around. Even the ones labeled “organic” or “heart healthy” were full of canola oil, sugar, gums, and preservatives.

Now? I batch-make 1-2 of these clean dressings every week and use them on everything — not just salads, but roasted veggies, grain bowls, wraps, and even as dips. These dressings are made with simple, nourishing ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, tahini, yogurt, and fresh herbs — and they’re free of refined sugar, seed oils, and anything artificial.

Here are 10 of my absolute favorites. Each one is easy to make, packed with flavor, and supportive of hormone and gut health. Let’s dive in! 🥗
