As a mama of two, caregiver, and someone with a deep understanding of both modern and holistic medicine, my health has always been personal. But after my autoimmune diagnosis, it became mission-critical.

Autoimmune disease often involves systemic inflammation, lymphatic stagnation, and chronic swelling. I was tired. My body ached like I had the flu. Puffy. Foggy. Facial swelling. Here’s a peek at my sacred self-care flow:

  1. Morning movement: I start the day with 5–10 minutes of stretching or walking to help activate my system.
  2. Hydration: I drink lemon water to support detox.
  3. Morning or Late afternoon session (sometimes both): I use my lymphatic machine for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. This is me-time — I play calming music, meditate, or journal.
  4. Post-drainage ritual: I follow up with dry brushing or a warm shower and a magnesium-rich nightly foot spray to support detox pathways even further and improve my sleep.

YES. 100%. 

Let me put it this way:
